Weebl's Stuff addition - Peepl's Stuff

Having produced the new look Weebl's Stuff website last year we were recently approached by Weebl's Stuff to add a new area. Peepl's Stuff is a module which allows registered users to upload their own cartoons which are showcased on the website and rated by users. Cartoons with the highest ratings are rewarded with inclusion in the the main toons area of the site.
