New site is just the tip of the iceberg for Venuemasters

Design skills are one thing, but it's the really big projects – ones that involve delivering many different features with consistently high quality, for major clients – that are the real proving ground for top web design agencies.

That's how we at Evoluted feel about it anyway. And why wouldn't we? We've just completed a large web project fitting exactly that description, for accommodation and conference room specialists Venuemasters.

A truly integrated web solution

Delivered in several stages, the Evoluted team created six new websites for Venuemasters. We completely redeveloped the main site at www.venuemasters.co.uk to include fresh new branding for the company.

We also created three new specialist sub-sites, which allow customers to find meeting venues, group accommodation and budget accommodation respectively. Two additional microsites, for the Scottish and Welsh markets, help the client to focus their web marketing on specific audiences.

All of the new websites feature advanced SEO, to bring in more visitors searching for meeting and conference-related keywords.

We also developed a new back office enquiry system for Venuemasters that processes all of their leads, which will save staff time. A custom Content Management System (CMS) gives the client full control over all of their web content.

Delivering large web projects

With the project now almost complete (the final stage will see the launch of one more new site), Venuemasters are readying themselves for new success. The company's Chief Executive Officer Terry Billingham said:

"When we began thinking about redeveloping our website several months ago, it seemed like a daunting task.
