A Zest for online recruitment

We love helping clients to improve their work processes on the web. It allows us to put our problem solving hats on, and match the latest technologies to specific needs. And that's exactly what we did for Zest Business Group, a Sheffield-based recruitment company specialising in medical, dental, clinical and scientific sales jobs.

We started by creating custom graphic design that gives Zest a consistent look across the web. We then applied this fresh look to a whole series of new websites, each of which is dedicated to one of Zest's specialist sectors. But that was just the beginning.

Job search and alerts

Zest's new websites have powerful user features. Candidates can search for their ideal job by specifying exactly what they're looking for - including region, distance from their postcode, salary, occupation and with keywords.

Users can also sign up to receive alerts and email notifications about jobs that match their search.

Central CMS

A custom Content Management System (CMS) also gives more power to Zest's own team. The centralised system allows staff to manage all of the Zest websites from one login area. New jobs can be posted easily across multiple sites. There are also centralised facilities for candidate management.

The CMS also gives Zest's team control over things like page titles, image alt text and the URL for each page they create. This very useful SEO feature has the power to give Zest better search engine performance and help candidates find jobs more easily.
