Paid Search Specialist
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paid Search Specialist with strong Google Ads knowledge, and great client-facing skills to join our talented 20-person digital marketing team.
We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience managing and optimising Google Ads accounts and who is eager to help develop our Paid Media team.

Reporting directly to the Paid Media Manager, you will be planning and executing multi-channel strategies on behalf of our diverse portfolio of local and national clients. You will be joining an experienced and enthusiastic team operating at the top of their game. While you will be expected to work independently on some projects, you will also be provided the opportunity to both lead and support colleagues on larger projects.
As Paid Media Specialist, you will play an integral role in leading positive change at both team and department levels, through strategy planning, initiative and knowledge sharing.

Crafting and delivering multi-channel strategies that take the client’s business strategy and objectives into consideration.
Building out new Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts from the ground up including: conducting keyword research, guiding account structure, implementing tracking and producing engaging ad copy.
Conducting thorough account audits in order to identify issues impacting performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Working with project managers and in-house design and development teams to produce high-converting landing pages.
Developing creative briefs and working alongside the in-house design team to produce awesome creative assets for display and video campaigns.
Explore, and develop expertise in, emerging platforms and marketing tools i.e Programmatic ad platforms and automation tools.
Building strong relationships with clients, in which you feel comfortable providing advice and support to key decision makers.
Creating reports that provide clients with meaningful insights that are clearly explained in terms that relate to their organisation’s KPIs and requirements.
Supporting the Paid Media Manager in new business pitches, and confidently leading quarterly account performance reviews with clients and stakeholders
Willingly provide mentorship and support to the wider Paid Media team, proactively sharing knowledge and insights
Contributing to Evoluted’s current marketing activity at a strategic-level
You should apply for this role if:
You have at least three years of Google Ads experience
You have the right to work in, and currently live in, the United Kingdom
You have a passion for and demonstrable expertise in Paid Search and knowledge of the broader digital marketing arena.
You have previous marketing experience working at an agency or as part of an in-house team.
You’re confident in your ability to research and understand varied markets, products and services, from the financial services and legal advice sectors to the fashion retail and outdoor experience industries.
You know shopping feeds and dynamic ads like the back of your hand.
You’re competent with Google Analytics, Sheets/Excel and using data analysis methods to inform your campaigns.
You can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and explain complex concepts in terms they will understand.
Your superb organisational and time-management skills are the envy of the office.
