Global retailer Supplement Hub – a premium nutritional supplements brand and fellow B Corp-certified organisation – offer a healthcare practitioner-approved range of over 100 trusted brands. Their mission is to make health and wellness accessible, straightforward and backed by expertise.

In April 2024, Supplement Hub appointed Evoluted to help them achieve their ambitious growth targets through organic and paid search, in an intensely competitive global market.

Within just 12 months, we helped them to not only reach, but surpass, their ambitious £150K monthly revenue target six months early – achieving £156K in May 2025, £167.8K in June, and a record-breaking £182K in July.

Here’s how we did it.

Our Primary Objectives for the Campaign

Our 12-18 month goals:

  1. Grow total search revenue from £79K/month to £150K/month (+87%).

  2. Enhance paid media efficiency, achieving a consistent 5x ROAS (previously 2.29x).

  3. Boost search visibility and organic revenue, particularly in priority categories, which included magnesium, women’s health and fitness/workout.

By combining technical and content SEO, precision PPC, and strategic product segmentation, we transformed search into Supplement Hub’s most powerful growth tool.

Organic Search - Key Tasks and Biggest Wins

  • Website migration launched July 2024 with enhanced technical SEO, navigation, schema and internal linking.

  • Product, brand and collection pages re-optimised with improved metadata, headings and CTAs.

  • Added repeat order and ‘Notify Me’ features for better retention.

  • Content strategy built topical authority in key categories (women’s health, magnesium, sports/workout).

  • CRO improvements boosted subscriptions and newsletter sign ups.

Through this we saw 785% increase in on-site searches post-launch, with 5.5% of organic users searching (vs 1.3% previously).

Building Off-Site Signals

Just over a year on from the initial site migration, in June 2025, we launched digital PR with Supplement Hub, alongside our existing organic efforts – to strengthen backlink profile, domain authority, likelihood of being sourced in AI overviews and brand trust. Results so far include:

  • 23 pieces of coverage secured in just 4 ½ months (already surpassing 50% of our annual KPI)

  • Average DA of publications we gained coverage in: 83 (highs of 94)

  • Relevant coverage featured in high domain authority publications such as The Daily Express, Huffington Post and Hello! Magazine

  • Domain Authority increased +2 points so far (from 21 to 23)

Secured multiple brand mentions and home page links, as well as relevant backlinks with targeted anchor text to some of their blogs including magnesium and sleep guide and category pages including male menopause supplements.

Paid Media - Key Tasks and Biggest Wins

  • Restructured from PMAX-only to targeted campaigns, increasing sales +83% MoM and ROAS +124%.

  • GA4 migration improved conversion tracking, enabling machine learning bidding.

  • Channable integration delivered advanced product segmentation — doubling Shopping Ads revenue and boosting ROAS by 25%.

  • CSS migration increased buying power by 20%, driving a 35% MoM revenue uplift.

  • Ongoing A/B testing refined bidding, campaign structure and creative performance.

Seamless Integration of Paid and Organic Channels

Within a year, we helped Supplement Hub not only reach but surpass its ambitious £150K monthly revenue target six months ahead of schedule. 

By combining technical SEO, precision PPC, and strategic product segmentation, we transformed search into the business’s most powerful growth engine.

  • Avoided cannibalisation by prioritising Shopping Ads while organic rankings matured.

  • Combined PPC and SEO data to refine product prioritisation and feed optimisation.

  • Maintained high product approval rates and profitability tracking.

The Outcome So Far

We exceeded £150K monthly revenue target six months ahead of schedule, achieving:

And, search visibility increased across all key focus categories:

  • Sports/Workout Supplements: +24% (desktop), +30% (mobile)

  • Magnesium: +6.9% / +5.9%

  • Women’s Health: +3.8% / +1.6%

Google Ads contribution to total revenue also grew from 14% to 36.72%, with room to scale further.
