Social Impact

Giving back to the communities which have forged us

We're proud of our Sheffield roots and the city has helped us grow into the agency we are today - so we're passionate about using our position to help others grow too.

As a B Corpâ„¢ certified agency, through climate action, charity work and free workshops for local organisations we give back wherever we can.

Our Social Impact

80 days' charity work per year

We set aside two days per staff member each year to give back however they want to - ranging from climbing mountains to sponsored rowathons and from charity football tournaments to running free marketing workshops.

With dedicated CSR and Diversity & Inclusion Officers (see below) our environmental and charity efforts are guided by passionate individuals who are allocated the time to work out how we can best support our communities.

Our B Corp status means we've met rigorous requirements on our social and environmental impact and are held publicly accountable to maintaining these.

We are absolutely astounded by Evoluted's generosity and we're incredibly grateful for this donation. Every pound will help our team to offer comfort, care and support to patients across North Derbyshire.

Evoluted's Cultural Roles

We operate Cultural Roles including a CSR Officer and Diversity and Inclusion Officer, with the roles open to all at Evoluted and rotated every 6-12 months to encourage fresh ideas and perspectives.

Our Cultural Officers' current projects include pursuing Disability Confident employer status, introducing a bike-to-work scheme, making our hiring process more inclusive and sustainable office supplies sourcing.

Providing forums for local professionals to learn, network and grow

As a full-service agency, we want to provide forums for professional development across each of our areas of expertise. We organise and sponsor Sheffield DM, a bi-monthly marketing meetup, and development conference Sheffield PHP, and co-sponsor web design event UX Sheffield.

Our aim is to promote local talent through these events, providing access to talks from industry experts and networking opportunities for students, freelancers and grizzled veterans alike. It's also a great way to provide speaking opportunities to newcomers and people from diverse backgrounds who may be shut out from other events.
