Based in Sheffield, Talented is a specialist retailer of eco-friendly tote bags, gifts and homeware products. Their products are designed with an emphasis on celebrating the bag as an art form, through collaborations with top illustrators and designers. Green and clean operation is keen to the company’s operations.

As consumers have become more conscious of their eco-footprint, interest in Talented’s products has reach unprecedented levels. To help better cater for their customer base, Talented approached Evoluted for a visually-appealing, highly-functional new website.

Project Details

For Talented, we produced a stylish, contemporary and accessible new site. Implementing the use of attractive artwork and large imagery throughout the site, the fully-responsive design includes two areas – retail and trade. Trade customers have the option to register for a specific account that can gain them early access to new-season products, pending Talented’s approval.

The menu structure implemented is integral to the site’s functionality. It helps customers to navigate simply through the extensive range of products available. In conjunction with the bespoke CMS we integrated with the site, the client is able to simply handle and maintain the complex categories on an ongoing basis.

  • Separate sections to cater for trade and retail customers
  • Customised CMS to help the client with ongoing maintenance
  • Image-led design to highlight the artwork on show
  • Use of ‘mega menus’ to help simplify user browsing
  • Inclusion of engaging, informative feature sections for the designers

“Evoluted have delivered us a great website. They have been able to deliver such results by spending the necessary time to understand our requirements and those of our overall business model and different market sectors. This approach and attention to details has resulted in a fantastically-designed website. The site not only works for both our retail and trade customers but us too, with a user-friendly CMS system, the site is very easy to manage. ”
