AI SEO Agency for Ecommerce Brands
Help shoppers find your products in AI search, from ChatGPT to Google's AI Mode
Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity which products to buy and where to buy them.
We help ecommerce brands get into those answers with accurate product details and a good reason to be picked, while still growing the organic search revenue they already rely on.
We are Evoluted, ecommerce SEO specialists since 2006
AI search is the newest place our clients' customers shop, and we've been doing ecommerce SEO long enough to have seen a few of these shifts.
Most of what earns a brand visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Mode also earns it visibility in Google Search, so we run the two as one programme rather than selling AI search as a separate add-on.
Our technical SEO, content and Digital PR specialists work on it together, with our in-house developers on hand when a fix needs code and our paid media team involved when the same product feed serves your Shopping ads, so you're dealing with one team.
Some people call this generative engine optimisation (GEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO) or LLM SEO. We call it AI SEO, because that's what most of our clients call it.
How people shop now
Nobody shops in a straight line. One purchase can take someone through a Google search, a YouTube review, an old Reddit thread, Instagram and a conversation with ChatGPT before they reach your product page. Ofcom found that 87% of UK adults use search engines for product information, and that people researching their hobbies lean heavily on video and social media too.
AI assistants are now one of the stops on that route, and an influential one, because they summarise everything else, including your product pages, your reviews and what publishers and forums say about you. So if your product pages are thin, your reviews keep mentioning slow delivery, or nobody else has written about you, that's what the answer gets built from.
What AI search visibility means for a retailer
Being cited is only part of it. An AI answer can link to your buying guide without naming you, mention your brand without linking to you, or quote your product page while recommending a competitor's product. In one Semrush study, around six in ten AI citations came without the brand being mentioned at all.
So we look at whether your products are recommended for the searches you want to win, whether your prices, stock, delivery and returns are described correctly, whether you're shown as the place to buy or just used as a source, and whether shoppers click through and buy. Your customers don't care about your AI visibility score. They care whether the product is right, the information is correct and the buying experience works, and that's what we work on.
Built for larger ecommerce sites
Thousands of products, deep category structures, filtered navigation and several teams who each own part of the product data all make it harder for Google and AI tools to find, read and trust the right pages. We plan the work around how your business actually runs.
Prioritised by revenue, using your sales data alongside search data, so the categories that matter most are fixed first.
Specifications your developers or platform partner can act on, tested before release and checked afterwards.
Product data that matches across your feed, your structured data and your pages. Mismatches get products disapproved and give AI answers the wrong details.
Working alongside your in-house SEO, trading, merchandising and product teams.
If you sell in several countries, we check how answers differ in each market and make sure the right country site appears.
How we measure it, and what we won't promise
Every AI visibility tool works from a sample of prompts, and answers change with personalisation, location and time, so nobody can give you an exact share of AI search. Instead we report on whether AI crawlers can reach your pages, where your products are recommended and cited, what the answers say about your prices, stock and delivery, and the visits and revenue AI platforms send you, with paid AI ads kept separate. Every figure carries the engine, date and location it came from, so a one-off snapshot never gets dressed up as a trend.
We won't promise your products a place in AI answers, and it's worth being wary of anyone who does. We won't sell you an "AI schema" package or an llms.txt file as a quick fix, mass-produce content for chatbots, post fake reviews or plant comments on Reddit. Communities are made up of real people who can tell when they're being marketed at.

Our AI SEO services for ecommerce
We run the questions your shoppers actually ask through ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, recording the engine, date and location each time. You get a dated record of where your products are recommended, cited, missing or described wrongly, and which competitors appear instead.
ChatGPT's product results aren't ads. OpenAI ranks the merchants it shows on availability, price, quality and whether you make or mainly sell the product, using data from merchants and third parties. Shopify stores already reach ChatGPT through Shopify Catalog. We make sure your feed is complete, accurate and consistent with your pages.
Google's AI Mode draws on its Shopping Graph, which is built from Merchant Center feeds and product information from across the web. We keep your product markup, your feed and your pages saying the same thing about price, stock, shipping and returns, and we only mark up what's visible on the page.
Several major AI crawlers don't run JavaScript, so prices, stock levels or reviews that only load in the browser may never reach them. We check what each crawler can actually see on your site and fix what it can't.
OpenAI uses one crawler for ChatGPT search and another for model training, so you can appear in ChatGPT search without your content being used to train its models. We set your robots rules so you stay in control of both.
Filtered navigation, out-of-stock and discontinued products, canonicals, internal linking and site speed, so Google and AI tools spend their time on the pages you want to rank.
We map the questions shoppers ask at each stage, from "what do I need?" to "which one fits my setup?", then improve the category pages, product pages and guides that should answer them. Our content specialists write the copy, and your buyers and product experts check it before it goes live.
AI tools build their picture of your brand from review sites, marketplaces, directories and press coverage. We keep the facts consistent everywhere they appear. If reviews keep mentioning slow delivery or a confusing returns process, we'll tell you, because AI summaries will repeat it.
For "best of" questions, AI answers often draw on review sites, gift guides, specialist publishers, YouTube and forums. Our Digital PR team gets your products and experts into the places your shoppers trust, which also builds the links and brand searches that help your wider SEO.
For in-house SEO, trading, merchandising and product teams, delivered as a one-off project or within an agreed retainer, so your team can keep it going without us.
