The results at a glance
Having recognised the need for more powerful website functionality, Segway Events were keen to ensure the new build helped user navigation and simplified the booking process. Lots of questions are now asked up front ahead of experiences. Whilst this does require lots of information to be provided, it does avoid queries eating into experiences on the day.
We also updated the ‘flow’ for those using the site to make bookings. Participants are now able to take part and book experiences at the same time, on the same day; with availability kept up to date at all points. The previous site did not deliver this essential functionality.
The new site is helping Segway Events to satisfy the needs of their clients. The site shows reviews from Feefo and the company was recently awarded the Gold Trust Service Award 2018.
